  • Home and direct delivery service to your client's home or site, or on behalf of your shop. (Carriage charge)
  • Full 'Match to existing', renovation and repairs service by expert craftsmen.
  • Comprehensive quality fire-surround ranges. (See separate colour leaflets)
  • Complete marble services, for fire-surrounds, standard sets or specified requirements. (Also kitchen worktops, bathroom unites, etc)

Terms & Conditions
Any goods sold by Casabella, hereafter called The Company, are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
Terms and Conditions
The acceptance of orders include acceptance of Terms and Conditions set out below, which may not be altered other than in writing by The Company.
Title
All the goods sold by The Company shall remain the property of The Company until paid for in full according to the invoice. The Company shall be entitled immediately after giving notice of its intention to enter the premises of the customer with such transport as may be necessary and repossess any goods, samples, products to which it has title hereunder.
Risk
The Company cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by careless handling or through incorrect fitting. Once fitted (plasterwork/surrounds) or cut (marble/agglomerates) no claims or returns can be made.
Damage
The Company must be informed within 48 hours of receipt of any goods that are damaged or shortages that may have incurred in transit, otherwise no claim can be accepted.
Goods Returns/Credits
No goods can be accepted for return or credit without prior agreement, and credits only issued after inspection of returned goods. The Company reserves the right to charge a minimum of 10% for handling and re-stocking.
Special Orders/Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted if application is received within 48 hours of date of order. No claims, returns, or cancellations can be made on any specially ordered/made goods. Late delivery however caused will not be considered grounds for compensation or cancellation.
Accounts/Payments
The Company reserves the right to charge a minimum of 10% on overdue accounts or C-O-D payments, plus any costs for collection.
Plasterwork Quality
Whilst every effort is made to ensure you receive a quality product, fibrous decorative plaster is fragile and prone to small chips or cracks, which can easily be made good by our fillers or adhesives. However, should you receive any item that is badly damaged (from us, during our responsibility) we will replace it gladly.
Marble/Agglomerate Quality
Most marbles are inherently unsound, varying from slight shakiness in some to extensive open veining in others, all are sold subject to their natuaral defects, stopped filled as is necessary and customary (see separate Terms and conditions for marble). Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once cut to size.
